PSBG Trust Deed

The Fund is a registered superannuation scheme in terms of the Superannuation Schemes Act 1989. The Trust Deed covers all conditions in relation to the Fund and is available for inspection upon request and on payment of a reasonable fee.

The Trust Deed provides that the Fund consists of 3 sectors -

(1) Subsidised Sector

For those members whose contributions are subsidised by their employer or practice.
- each employer may make special rules providing criteria for membership, rates of contributions, retiring ages and other matters as the Trustee and employer think appropriate.

(2) Individual Sector

For professionals, their staff and relatives (as defined) making their own provision for retirement.
- individual sector members may make their own rules as to contributions and retirement age.

(3) Special Purpose Sector

- the special purpose must be nominated by the member or employer at the time that the account is established and is subject to the Trustee's approval.
